we are distinguished in the water and sanitation sector with their long-term projects with sustainable results, such as water supply systems, and sanitation networks, the aim of which is to create a healthy and clean environment to reduce the risks of water-related diseases and other extreme conditions.

Given that the conflict in Syria has destroyed many water and sanitation facilities, Shafak has a deep understanding of the context and seeks to provide sustainable and effective solutions, implemented by its specialized staff with strong coordination with local authorities and partners

Our specialized teams in Syria provide safe drinking water to the affected people. We also work to ensure and monitor the quality of drinking water, as well as rehabilitate and maintain pumping stations, water networks to support sustainable access to water, and support local operators to provide drinking water through pumping systems. In addition to rehabilitation projects for water stations, Shafak is working on Providing the people with drinking water through projects for transporting water by tankers to areas far from water sources or where the water supply network has stopped working.

In the water, sanitation and hygiene sector, we have implemented many projects. Shafak’s strategy aims to achieve sustainable results in the long term in order to reach more beneficiaries.

We are also continuing health awareness activities in daily life practices, and we seek to present innovative ideas to activate effective awareness sessions on a regular basis.
