Shafak responds to the emergencies and needs of families fleeing violence, providing them with increased access to primary health care services, providing them with a variety of services such as malnutrition screening, mental health and psychosocial support, and distributing relief supplies such as takeaways, dignity baskets, and items baskets Non-food, personal hygiene baskets and more.

The Shafak Urgent Response Network is made up of highly skilled professionals who provide weekly reports on changes related to the humanitarian situation in their area, including new increases in the number of internally displaced people.

These reports are studied and work is done immediately to determine the best course of action required in order to correct the emergency situation.
