Believing from Shafak in the vital importance of building the capabilities of Syrian children, we seek to rebuild the Syrian society by developing the educational scene and preparing distinguished teachers who specialize in education, inspiration and education.
We have worked in coordination with our international and regional partners to help displaced students who have dropped out of school as a result of successive waves of displacement and direct targeting of educational facilities through psychological and social support. Shafak continues to develop its educational program by improving access to education.
Our various projects in the education sector aim to create a positive family environment that helps students complete their educational path successfully. Shafak is currently implementing several educational programs, such as supporting children and women, in addition to people with special needs, as well as establishing small training centers that develop the skills of young men and women, and enable them to: Transition to the job market.
What distinguishes us in the education sector is the provision of summer programs and life skills activities, and the provision of psychological support to children in schools through specialists who are constantly striving to provide training to them to ensure an optimal quality of education.
We also worked through projects to support the infrastructure of the educational sector to rehabilitate schools and establish temporary schools in the places where the camps are spread, in addition to securing educational requirements such as stationery and educational curricula, and securing salaries for educational cadres..
The efforts of educational cadres in Turkey and northern Syria are focused on combating illiteracy and targeting remote communities that suffer from difficulty in accessing mobile education centers. It is currently working to raise the level of education in northern Syria and is keen not to leave any child without education. It also coordinates with the stakeholders from the Directorate of Education and Camp Management The North, as well as other stakeholders, to mitigate and reduce the challenges faced by the people, due to the worsening economic and health conditions
