Our integrated medical sector is working to build a stable health system in Syria, by providing humanitarian aid related to health to ensure equitable access to people in need and improving the quality of services by supporting convergent primary health care activities integrated in health facilities, and through our specialized and academic outreach teams, which It operates on the basis of the Basic Health Service Package guidelines. Focusing on the most vulnerable people, as well as strengthening coordination and health information systems, to improve the effectiveness of the life-saving health response.

Shafak has various pillars to help achieve the goal of improving health systems provided through fully equipped health facilities with quality medical services, well-trained medical personnel, rapid response, and appropriate health information systems including reports of medical specialties, epidemiology and chronic diseases.

We are in Shafak, and through our medical teams, we highlight many medical areas that will improve the health status of the population, and perhaps the most prominent of these areas are: child health, including the Expanded Program on Immunization through routine and campaign activities, reproductive health and the prevention of infectious diseases and combating it, in addition to mental health and psychosocial support.

What distinguishes our medical teams is that we strive with all our might to reduce deaths and the spread of diseases, and we provide sustainable support to medical facilities as well as respond to emergencies by covering the salaries of medical workers, operational costs, medicines, travel and consumables, as well as the rehabilitation of war-affected centers.

We provide comprehensive medical and surgical treatment, as well as obstetrics, gynecology, paediatrics and orthopedics services and provide individualized community counseling on infant and young child feeding recommended by the World Health Organization.
