Through this project, we work to provide reproductive health services in northern Syria, support specialized hospitals and gender-based violence services, provide accessible and accessible sexual and reproductive health services. The health facility is supported to integrate and health, basic outreach services have been started and health networks have been established at the community level. Life-saving reproductive health kits are provided to partners and health actors.
Shafak will continue to provide sexual and reproductive health care services in addition to gender-based violence services through qualified teams in the field of sexual, reproductive health and gender-based violence to combat gender-based violence and mitigate its consequences, to meet the needs of reproductive and maternal health. of people in emergencies, ensuring that women can deliver safely in often difficult conditions, and meet the needs of young people as they grow into adulthood. The project is closely aligned with UNFPA’s 2021 strategies for several reasons.
