Position’s General Description: Supply Chain and Admin Worker ensures efficient procurement operations in Turkey coordinating with supervisors to manage requests and adhere to policies. He/she oversees local procurement, conducts market assessments, and maintains vendor records. Meanwhile, also he/she manages assets, warehouses, fleet, and inventory, ensuring optimal utilization and accurate records. This role inspects goods, collaborates on inventory tracking, and develops receipt plans. Additionally, he/she oversees office supplies, cleaning teams, and visitor coordination, while supervising procurement and organizing meeting logistics, ensuring compliance and quality control throughout operations,

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Procure Office Supplies: Secure monthly needs for office in Turkey, including electricity, water, furniture, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
- Manage Services Teams: Oversee cleaning, hospitality, and the arrangement of furniture and equipment within the offices.
- Ensure Equipment Safety: Regularly check and maintain all necessary tools, devices, and office equipment for safety.
- Coordinate Maintenance: Manage the upkeep and cleanliness of office buildings, furniture, and equipment periodically.
- Conduct Procurement Processes: Procure materials and equipment in a cost-effective manner, following Shafak and donor policies.
- Maintain Vendor Relations: Gather offers from vendors and update the supplier database regularly.
- Track Assets: Oversee asset management to ensure optimal utilization and maintain accurate records.
- Manage Fleet Operations: Supervise vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with contracts.
- Organize Meetings: Schedule internal and external appointments, prepare meeting rooms, and ensure their readiness for any meeting.

Mandatory Knowledge:
- A university degree.
- Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish (reading, writing, and speaking).
- At least an intermediate level of English.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Professional certificate in procurement and logistics.
Mandatory Skills and Experiences:
- good in Excel at an above-intermediate level (to be verified during the interview).
Intermediate level in English (to be verified during the interview).
