Job code: 170501 Role Purpose To support the effective operation of the SHAFAK Syria- Daraa Office and related programme activities by providing general logistics support, in accordance with SHAFAK Logistics policies and procedures and relevant donor requirements. Location: Syria - Daraa Key areas of accountability and responsibilities: • Assist the procurement manager in the procurement of goods and services for office use as well as educational institutions around SHAFAK, and follows-up daily on the relevant procurement process • Ensure all procurements are conducted in a fair and transparent manners, are fully documented and are in compliance with World Learning’s best practices, SHAFAK rules and regulations • Establish and Coordinate with vendors on the delivery and distribution of goods and services. Location: Idleb - Syria Key areas of accountability and responsibilities: • Interviewing and recruiting staff to be employed with the Community Center, • Creating work plans and managing the allocated budget for the Community Center, • Coordinating and supervising Community Center activities, including the identification of beneficiaries, organizing the vocational training, psychosocial support, and awareness raising sessions, setting up the referral mechanism, registering attendances, organizing logistics, and ensuring that all materials for the sessions are available, • Supporting Community Center staff involved in outreach work (visiting beneficiaries in their houses to offer advice and help and make assessments), • Planning in-house or outsourced specific events or related training, • Ensuring the effective performance of the social workers, field officers, and other staff hired for the Community Center, • Ensuring that data is duly recorded in the Community Center database and reporting is based on actual achievements, • Managing the records, files, folders, and supportive documents of all implemented activities, • Developing the monitoring and evaluation plan of the activities and their impact, such as the drafting of monitoring forms for field staff and drafting of evaluation forms to be used with the target beneficiaries after receipt of services, • With the support of Community Center staff, finalizing project progress reports, • Attending relevant meetings with stakeholders, • Reporting to the program coordinator any problems arising during project implementation and providing recommendations for resolving those issues, • In close collaboration with the Administration and Finance Officer and program coordinator, managing the records, files, folders, and supportive documents of all projects; • Supporting media staff in identifying stories with corresponding photographs, • Ensuring synergy with other SHAFAK programs in the area of operation. • Identifying gaps in the management of project modules and undertaking action for the improvement. • Ensuring the collaboration of all stakeholders of the project in the field Project Development • Carrying out needs assessments in the field using participatory tools for the designing of new project proposals Coordination • Ensuring the collaboration of all stakeholders of the project in the field • Undertaking all official meetings with relevant authorities and key stakeholders • Obtaining official permissions for the smooth implementation of the project • Attending all coordination meetings relevant to the project Required Qualifications, Experience and Attributes • Education: University degree • Excellent knowledge of English • Minimum of 2years of relevant professional experience • Very good computer skills. • High communication skills • Self-motivation, initiative with a high level of energy; • Commitment to the aims, principles and values of SHAFAK • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure and in response to changing needs; Additional job responsibilities The job duties and responsibilities as set out above are not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out additional duties within reasonableness of their level of skills and experience. نائب قائد فريق إزالة مخلفات الحرب نشأت شفق بشكل حقيقي مع بداية الازمة السورية واستجابة لها عام 2011 حيث تكونت شفق من اندماج عدم منظمات مجتمع مدني سورية محلية (التي تكونت من سوريين من أجل خدمة السوريين)، ووضع حاجاتهم الرئيسية في الحياة الكريمة والعدالة والمساواة في قمة أولوياتها والعمل على الحفاظ على المجتمع وبنيته من خلال تحريك أفراد المجتمع. منظمة شفق هي منظمة مجتمع مدني غير ربحية مستقلة تأسست رسميا في تركيا عام 2013 بهدف تقديم الخدمات الإنسانية للناس الأكثر ضعفا بغض النظر عن الدين والعرق واللون والانتماءات السياسية، بغية إعادة النهوض بالمجتمع السوري على أسس من العدالة والمساواة والحرية. ترغب شفق في تعيين نائب قائد فريق. مكان ومواصفات العمل: مكان العمل: منطقة درعا. رفع التقارير: منسق المشروع. الرمز الوظيفي:170506 المسؤوليات والواجبات: 1.المتابعة اليومية والدورية لعمل الفريق في مواقع العمل ضمن خطة البرنامج وبالتنسيق مع منسق المشروع. 2.تنفيذ الأنشطة في المواقع التابعة للمنطقة حسب الخطة الموضوعة (خطة البرنامج). 3.تفقد أعضاء الفريق ومتابعتهم من لحظة وصولهم إلى الموقع حتى مغادرتهم. 4.تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع في مواقع العمل. 5.التخطيط الجيد والسليم لجداول الأنشطة وذلك بالتنسيق مع منسق المشروع. 6.تنفيذ واحترام كل التعليمات الصادرة عن إدارة الموقع. 7.التعاون مع المشرفين وإدارة الموقع في إنجاح الأنشطة. 8.الاستعداد للقيام بأي مهام أخرى تكلفه بها إدارة الموقع. 9.اعداد التقرير الاسبوعي لكامل أنشطة الفريق الاسبوعية. 10.مساعدة منسق المشروع في الأمور الإدارية عند الضرورة. المؤهلات: •جواز سفر ساري المفعول •شهادة ثانوية على الأقل. •يفضل خبرة في مجال العمل الانساني سنة واحدة على الأقل. •خبرة ودراية في منطقة العمل.. •يفضل المام بمبادئ الإسعاف الأولي. •يفضل جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية (الكتابة والقراءة). •خبرة ممتازة في التعامل مع الكمبيوتر والبرامج المكتبية وخصيصا فيما يتعلق بمايكروسوفت. طريقة التقدم للوظيفة: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية بعد تعبئة نموذج طلب التوظيف الخاص بالمنظمة بعد تنزيله من الرابط http://www.shafak.org/site/files/shafak-job-application-ar.docx بعد تعبئة نموذج طلب التوظيف يرجى ارساله على البريد الالكتروني: Career@shafak.org • يرجى الانتباه لاستبدال عنوان الايميل بالرمز الوظيفي لإن الايميل الذي لا يحمل الرمز الوظيفي سيتم إهماله. تاريخ نهاية الإعلان: آخر مدة لاستقبال الطلبات هي 31- أيار-2017
